No, your presence at the property is not required while we clear it. You can give the keys to a neighbor or send them to us via recorded mail; we’ll return the mail after the clearance is finished. We can retrieve the keys from your solicitor, estate agent, or neighbor if they are handling things on your behalf and return them after the work is done. For your peace of mind, after the work is finished, we can speak with you over the phone or via email and provide you pictures of the before and after.
Once you have given us an approximate idea of the size of the property and what needs to be cleared, we will provide you with a price over the phone. We charge by the van load and will keep in touch with you throughout the day. Our vans can hold up to 1.5 tonnes, so we can typically remove all standard items from a three-bedroom house in a single load.

Indeed! Naturally, we cannot promise that every property will be cleared in a single load or on the same day, but we can assure you that our workers will finish the clearance! This could require us to do a second load that day in order to clear the house; a second load that day would cost half of the initial quote. We might have to return another day if the house is really disorganized; in that case, the same quotation will be applicable.
Unlike other house clearance firms, we won’t leave you with goods in the property unless you specifically tell us to, and we won’t demand money until the property has been completely removed.
